•Briefing about company background
-briefing about Sony other branch and company policies
-history of the company and also company rules and regulations
-learn about company code of conducts
•Briefing about company policies and also company safety and hazard
•Went to respective department at Sony, TV Manufacturing Engineering, Innovation Automation Group
7 - 9 APRIL 2010
•senior member show around factory
-shows the restricted area and also the hazardous area
-there are some places at the production line that we must proceed with cautious such as insulation process that contain high voltage equipment
•being taught about the process at the factory
-there are 3 main process in one production line
-assembly process where the tv part being assemble
-inspection process where the tv is being inspect and adjusted
-packing process where the final process is done which is packaging the tv set into the carton and load to the lorry as the final product
