Aku kire support dye. tolong dye pape. Project nie bole kire semua kiteorg buat la. First skali kite org kene bukak semua conveyor dri Thailand nie dan cabut semua part2 cam stopper, limit suis, collecter contact, power moller dan cam2 lg la. Kire cam barai kan semua la. Ade 4 conveyor semua skali. proses membaraikan conveyor nie ambik msa 2 hari gak bru siap. Susah gak sebab brg2 thailand nie pelik skit.

Hari ketiga, PIC project soh ak potong semua cover lifter2 lak. Lifter2 yg sony thailand hntar nie bkn untuk tv 60"..so kiteorg kne modified la agr sesuai digunakan utk msuk kn pallet tv 60"..memang byk keje la..jd kne gune grinder la nk potong..ade 3 lifter ak kne potong..korg pikir sendri camne keje ak..

Dua hari nie kiteorg kne wat base utk lifter lak..ade 4 base semua skali..pastu kiteorg kne potong kaki conveyor plak..kaki dye lebar sgt..kteorg kne kecik kn skit..mcm2 la keje..susah nk cite..hari nie gak conveyor yg kiteorg da baraikan 2 kteorg pilih dua je yg elok lagi n set up conveyor baru..pasang blik la semua...kne la tebuk lubang2 bru utk msuk skru..n mcm2 lg la..

Transfer conveyor yg sampai dari SONY Thailand ke mini line area. Conveyor nie kiteorg akan gune utk set up mini line baru. Mini line nie fuction utk support production line yg xdpt smpai target pengeluaran set tv dye.

-there are some places at the production line that we must proceed with cautious such as insulation process that contain high voltage equipment
•being taught about the process at the factory
-there are 3 main process in one production line
-assembly process where the tv part being assemble
-inspection process where the tv is being inspect and adjusted
-packing process where the final process is done which is packaging the tv set into the carton and load to the lorry as the final product
